The gallery is pleased to present a solo booth by Zarina Hashmi at the 2013 ADAA Art Show. Born in 1937 in Aligarh, India, Zarina is best known as a master printmaker. Her minimalist works draw on architecture and mathematics, and reflect a keen interest in the material possibilities of her media, particularly paper. Zarina’s art poignantly chronicles her life and recurring themes include home, displacement, journey and memory.

For The Art Show, Zarina has created several unique works in black and gold that reflect her current meditation on the spiritual, the infinite, and the divine.
